    “The town house was just as described in the listing.”

    Everything was in a new condition and the fitted kitchen had all the latest appliances. It was well equipped and the whole house was very clean. The location was ideal, 5 minutes from Tolcarne Beach, 5 minutes from Tesco Express a short walk from the Railway Station, restaurants and other major supermarkets with the rest of Newquay town centre, the harbour and it's beaches a 15-20 minute walk away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the surfing was great (as was the crabbing from the Harbour ...

The location was ideal, 5 minutes from Tolcarne Beach, 5 minutes from Tesco Express a short walk from the Railway Station, restaurants and other major supermarkets with the rest of Newquay town centre, the harbour and it's beaches a 15-20 minute walk away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the surfing was great (as was the crabbing from the Harbour wall). One little criticism was that there were no instructions on how to use the appliances (induction hob, t.v, microwave etc) but we managed to figure it all out eventually. Other guests might (like me) be fooled by the hidden cutlery drawer, but there is a note about that in the black book.

The property

Furnished to a high standard, this contemporary townhouse is set over three floors in a quiet residential area just 200 yards from the beach.

Perfectly located for beach holidays, it is ideal for families, couples and groups of friends alike.

Passing through the hallway you enter a modern kitchen equipped with brand new fully-integrated appliances and into open plan living room with seating and dining areas and a 42" Samsung Smart TV.

Opening the sliding glass doors takes you out into an enclosed garden complete with decking and garden furniture for alfresco dining.

Upstairs there are two immaculate double bedrooms on the first floor and a large master en-suite on the second.

Beach lovers and will be spoilt for choice with three of Cornwall's finest within 5 minutes.

The coastal path offers superb walking with ample opportunities for swimming together with excellent places to eat en route.

A short walk will also take you into town with a choice of restaurants to suit everyone.

The perfect base for families, couples and groups of friends looking to explore Cornwall, with the benefit of two off road parking spaces directly outside.

World-famous Watergate Bay is a ten minute drive away along with some of Cornwall's most breathtaking coastlines.

A lovely contemporary house in a superb location for holidays all-year-round.

Newquay is the home of the UK’s surf scene, boasting three major beaches, the National Surf Centre and an endless supply of rolling surf, making it a watersports paradise. The town, with its zoo, sea life centre and varied selection of restaurants and pubs, also promises a holiday to remember. For avid walkers, the South West Coast Path passes in both directions along a stunning coastline of high cliffs, hidden coves and yet more beaches. The quaint harbour and fishing village of Padstow is just 14 miles away, while Truro, with its museums, cathedral, restaurants and cobbled streets, as well as the Eden Project, can be reached within 30 minutes. Picturesque St Ives and the Tate St Ives gallery is under an hour's drive or a train ride away. In fact, because nothing in Cornwall is far from Newquay, it’s the perfect touring base.
