The cottage

Ideally located for beach and walking holidays or just a relaxing break away.

This beautifully furnished apartment in a spectacular location overlooking Towan Beach in the centre of Newquay.

As you enter the apartment, your eyes will be immediately drawn to the far-reaching sea and beach views taking you right down the North Cornish coast.

Step out onto the balcony to get even closer and fully appreciate Jago's Island before settling in the welcoming open-plan living room with everything you need for a relaxing stay.

There are two bedrooms here, a double benefitting from an en-suite bathroom and a twin bedroom with zip and link beds making up into a double if required, so all types of groups can be accommodated.

The family bathroom will give you the opportunity to enjoy a good soak after a day on the beach or an exhilarating walk along the coastal path with spectacular beaches in both directions.

Being so centrally located, with everything you need in walking distance, including a wide range of pubs, cafés and restaurants, there is something guaranteed to suit all tastes.

With a great choice of beach activities, surfing, coasteering and bodyboarding, as well as rockpooling for the younger ones right on the doorstep, there is so much to do here whatever time of year.

Newquay is the home of the UK’s surf scene, boasting three major beaches, the National Surf Centre and an endless supply of rolling surf, making it a watersports paradise. The town, with its zoo, sea life centre and varied selection of restaurants and pubs, also promises a holiday to remember. For avid walkers, the South West Coast Path passes in both directions along a stunning coastline of high cliffs, hidden coves and yet more beaches. The quaint harbour and fishing village of Padstow is just 14 miles away, while Truro, with its museums, cathedral, restaurants and cobbled streets, as well as the Eden Project, can be reached within 30 minutes. Picturesque St Ives and the Tate St Ives gallery is under an hour's drive or a train ride away. In fact, because nothing in Cornwall is far from Newquay, it’s the perfect touring base.
