The property

Perfectly located for beach lovers this superb, beautifully furnished contemporary apartment is set on the second floor of a luxury development just yards from a choice of Newquay's finest beaches.

Whether it is lounging on the beach in the summer or exhilarating walks along the beach and coastal path in the quieter times of the year, Sandy Toes is an apartment offering quality, comfortable accommodation in an ideal location.

After parking in your private space outside the apartment block, you enter Sandy Toes after taking three short flights of stairs to the second floor.

You then pass through the hallway into the impressive and spacious open plan living room.

With a well-equipped kitchen, a breakfast bar with four bar stools, a comfortable dining area and two cosy sofas, you will feel at home for your entire stay.

There is a balcony accessed from the sitting area to enjoy the sunrise and plan the day ahead.

The two bedrooms both have a bathroom with the master double benefitting from an en-suite shower and the twin next to the bathroom with a bath and shower over.

From the apartment Tolcarne, Towan, Great Western and Lusty Glaze beaches are all most welcoming and with a great bar on each, many an hour can be spent relaxing or enjoying a meal or drink whilst watching the surfers and beach activity.

The town of Newquay is just a short level walk away and here a wide selection of bars, cafes and restaurants offer something to suit all tastes.

For avid walkers, the South West Coast Path passes in both directions along a stunning coastline of high cliffs, hidden coves and yet more beaches. The quaint harbour and fishing village of Padstow is just 14 miles away, while Truro, with its museums, cathedral, restaurants and cobbled streets, as well as the Eden Project, can be reached within 30 minutes. Picturesque St Ives and the Tate St Ives gallery is under an hour's drive or a train ride away. In fact, because nothing in Cornwall is far from Newquay, it’s the perfect touring base.
