  • "Seascape was amazing!"

So spacious and every detail was thought of, there was even children's plastic cups and cutlery available. The beds were really comfy and the children loved the bedrooms with plenty of space to play the many board games available. There was bread, scones, jam, cream, coffee, tea and milk there on arrival which meant we could have a nice drink and snack before unpacking. Highly Recommend Seascape.

  • "Having Seascape withdrawal symptoms already!"

This stunning property is perfect for a large group meeting up in Newquay. Starting from parking, there is plenty of room for 2/4 cars if smaller types and that is a real bonus in this area. The kitchen is large and well equipped and the lounge /dining room is also spacious. There were 9 of us and we never felt overcrowded. The bedrooms all had quality bedding and were very comfortable and where people were sharing there was enough room for them without feeling cramped The showers gave us plenty of hot water and we never once had a problem to say 9 people were using at different times We were very lucky with the weather and sat out most mornings in the little courtyard and had breakfast,or lunch. The walk onto the main highstreet is 2 minutes downhill and there are plenty of shops and restaurants (far too many to recommend) within walking distance. If you have a large group booking then this is the house for you,and we would not hesitate to use again. 10/10 for this customers satisfaction.

Thank you for the lovely feedback and glad we accommodated all of your needs. Look forward to welcoming you again soon Property Owner

  • "Really lovely house with everything you need."

The highlights have to be its location, it is so close to the sea, and the parking.

  • "There was an issue with the downstairs toilet/shower room in that the door was aside the rear entrance and was difficult to enter, at one time the oldest member of the party hadn't noticed there was a step and no notice on the door and fell into the room and hurt his arms and shock him up, causing the shower door to be knocked off."

Lounge and dining area was nice. Toilet door locks didn't all work and mattress on lower bunk bed was uncomfortable, all the other bedroom were fine. Location was good only minutes from a beach and shops.

  • "Fabulous week spent at Seascape."

The property was even better than the photos. It was homely, spotless, really comfortable beds, more than enough pots, pans & cutlery. Rooms are a good size, the children enjoyed having a room with 3 beds. The water and heating were put on in advance of our stay, it was lovely and toasty when we arrived (mid February). The location is excellent just a minute walk to the steps to the beach. Having off street parking for two vehicles was a huge bonus. The owner was fabulous and made sure our stay went well. Would highly recommend.

  • "We had initially booked an apartment in Newquay, but Sykes were forced to cancel the booking at late notice when the Government clarified the advice around "self-contained accomodation"."

With very little time to find an alternative private house or cottage we were panicking, but it turned out to be a blessing in disguise, because we then found Seascape. The property could not be in a better location, in the middle of Newquay but on a quiet road just off the main high street. There's enough space to park two cars offstreet at the rear, which is extremely rare. We found it was a 3 minute walk to the Tesco Express, a 5 minute walk to Towan Beach, with a host of shops, restaurants & bars just a few minutes walk away, and Fistral beach walkable within 15 minutes. This really was perfect for us as a family with young children as we could just get up and go to most places without the need for the car - you can even walk to Newquay Zoo & Trenance Gardens in under 15 minutes, so the only time we used the car during our 5 day stay was for trips to Porth & Watergate. An added bonus is the Costal Path less than 1km away, which is perfect for early morning runs & exploring while surround by the most amazing views imagineable. The house itself has been finished to an extremely high standard, sparkling clean and spacious with a touch of luxury. The lounge / dining room is comfortable with plenty of seating and space for kids to play, and the kitchen is huge with every device and utensil imagineable. Everything has been carefully thought out, every room was well equipped, there are large flat screen smart TVs in the main rooms, 5 great sized bedrooms with flexible sleeping arrangements, and numerous bathrooms, showers and toilets which would suit larger groups when the restrictions ease in the coming months. You even get a partial sea view from the three front rooms, something we hadn't realised before we arrived which was a nice surprise. The owner Mark was great throughout the process, calling me the night before our trip to go through all the details and answer any questions. He was available any time we needed him during our stay and left some generous treats in the fridge for our arrival which went down extremely well. Mark even contacted us to check if there was anything we felt was missing from the property that could be improved for future guests, which proves how much he cares about ensuring a great holiday is provided to anyone choosing Seascape. It ticks every box - secure, clean, comfortable, well equipped, well cared for, and in a fantastic location. We had such a great time and certainly plan to return in the future with friends and family.
