  • "We were met by Emma for key handover, and shown round."

It is a well looked after property with all amenities. Beds were really comfortable. Balcony was a lovely treat too if weather was nice from which we had a seaview. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and a short walk to the beaches, and local shops/pubs. Very conveniently positioned and helpful hosts. Would definitely return.

  • "Stable Cottage was absolutely great!"

It had everything that a family needs. The kitchen is well equipped and it was great having a lounge and separate dining/chilling area. The bedrooms are all good sizes and had everything you needed. We loved the outdoor balcony and the location was perfect; 5 mins into town and the beach and 5 mins walk to fistral (10 minutes in flip flops and carrying our kit in the heat). Its very close to lots of places to eat and drink and a couple of minutes walk to a supermarket which was so convenient. The fact it can park 2 cars was fantastic with most places we looked at not having parking and the carparks being costly. The host Emma was lovely and always got back to me very quickly. Overall, fantastic location, good set up in the house and great amenities. We already want to go back!

  • "The cottage was perfect for our group - the 4 teenagers made the most of the pool table and the short walk to town while I really enjoyed relaxing on the balcony with the beautiful surprise view of Tolcarne Beach!"

The beds were incredibly comfortable and we all appreciated the decent-sized mugs and plentiful supply of pint glasses - both rare in a holiday let! Having the firestick was great too - on the one day the weather wasn't perfect, we were able to relax with Netflix. Thank you, Emma and Matt, for a lovely location for our holiday :)

  • "Stable Cottage is in a superb location very near to Fistral Beach and Newquay Harbour."

The cottage had everything we needed for our stay; it is clean, well equipped and quiet. Hosts Emma & Matt are friendly and welcoming and responded to an issue with the Wifi within minutes and resolved the problem the same day. We would definitely rent again.
