  • "Lovely flat everything you need for a family holiday."

Close to lovely Tolcarne beach too!

We are very pleased you had a lovely stay. Tolcarne beach is one of our favorites. Thank you for the feedback. Property Owner

Loved this apartment, excellent location Think there need to be a better explanation of using the boiler and the radiators Also there needs to be cutlery in the kitchen not all in the living room Shower not very powerful but adequate But we loved it, very comfortable, excellent location and also very quiet having your own parking space is e an added bonus

  • "This was a really good flat in a great location."

It would be improved by: Better lighting A lighter-weight duvet Bedroom windows that open Heat in the en-suite Replace the feeble shower in the en-suite

Thank you for your comments. We appreciate your feedback and will look into the points raised. Property Owner

  • "What a beautiful apartment."

Very spacious rooms and a stones throw away from the beach. We would have loved to have seen more of the beach, but we visited during storm Eunice! Everything was clean and well maintained. The only slight issue was the shower in the en-suit took ages to drain away.

Thank you for the feedback, we will take a look at the issue in the en-suit, somtimes sand tends to block the drainage. Hope it is less windy next time you visit. Property Owner

  • "Lovely apartment with comfy beds, a big living area and lots of facilities."

The only issues we had was that the ensuite shower drain was a bit blocked and so sand kept coming up, and the kitchen hot water was challenging (but showers fine although water pressure a little low). Amazing location to walk into town and we would stay again. Only other feedback would be that a second sofa in the living room would be more comfortable (although we still managed). Thank you for an enjoyable stay!

We really loved the apartment and would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to use Newquay as a base for their holiday.

  • "Spacious property, very clean on arrival."

Hob slow to heat up ( typical electric?) but only used 3 times, never used oven. Hot water needs boost on which was ok once followed instructions, luckily showers heated independently so not dependent on waiting for main water to heat up. Location very good to allow car free days in Newquay itself, and private parking space great, a necessity in location and car visible from living room.

  • "The stay here was great and the apartment was lovely."

The only thing we would have liked was a sweeping brush or little hoover with us spending most of our time at the beach and in the water inevitably we ended up with sand on the floor and with us being there for 2 weeks we would have liked to just hoover up once or twice. Other than that it was a fantastic little apartment and made our holiday in Newquay a stress free. It was so clean and beautifully furnished absolutely loved it

The post laying in the middle of the designated parking space needs moving , I noted in a previous review someone else has complained about it , you have to shunt the car to clear it when parking.

  • "Lovely apartment, in an excellent location."

Comfortable beds. Well equipped. Unfortunately when we arrived the apartment had not been cleaned and the dirty bedding was piled on the floor, however after a quick phonecall this was soon remedied ! We were asked to come back to the apartment in a couple of hours and this time the place was spotless. Would I recommend it ? Yes I would ! I may return myself as it was lovely.

  • "Brilliant place to stay close to everything Newquay has to offer."

Only issues we found was difficulty parking in the space due to a bollard in the middle, however, still an amazing place. Clean, tidy, everything needed was there. Have booked again for next year!

  • "The property itself was reasonably clean, nice quality duvet and pillows and towels, but we found it wasn’t really furnished adequately for 4 people in the living room."

The 2 seater sofa meant that the other two people had to sit upright in two very small armchairs. It wasn’t possible to put your feet up and relax with a bit of tv after a long day out. It really needs another 2 seater sofa in and a smaller table and chairs for eating would accommodate that. Storage heaters meant the place was cold on arrival and far too hot during the stay. Great doors that kept out the noise, well equipped kitchen. Could do with a DVD player, and something to listen to music with. I personally wouldn’t stay here again as it didn’t feel like it had enough living room area for all 4 of us to relax in. Having said that, it was clean, bright, and comfortable.

  • "This was a lovely flat which was really well situated being in Newquay town centre and there was a designated parking space which is a real bonus when staying in town!"

It is also within short walking distance of the beach which would be great for surfers! We only used our car once in a week! The flat is immaculate and spotless with lots of home comforts. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Thank you

  • "Beautiful well equipped apartment really close to all Newquay has to offer."

The standard of fittings is first class. The beds are so comfortable, the towels and bed linen such good quality. The car parking space right outside the apartment is excellent as it is off the road and very safe. The lounge area furniture is beautiful and very comfortable and even has extra touches like throws for over your knees if required. There was a welcome plate with tea, coffee, sugar and Cornish biscuits in the kitchen waiting for us upon arrival. We will certainly choose this apartment when returning to Newquay as it is so close to the beach, Zoo, lake and shops and we loved it.
