The property

Perfectly located for family or couples holidays this tastefully refurbished terraced town house set over three floors is situated in the heart of Newquay within easy walking distance of all the beaches, town centre and everything this wonderful seaside resort has to offer.

With a combination of bedrooms to suit all the Salt house will accommodate 12 in six bedrooms set on the first and second floors.

Three of the bedrooms benefit from en suite facilities and there is a family bathroom on the first floor.

The sitting room along with the kitchen/diner is set on the ground floor encouraging everybody to sit around together to plan the day ahead or reflect on a day spent on the beach, enjoying the watersports , a boat trip from the harbour or visiting the many attractions so close to hand.

For al fresco dining there is an enclosed courtyard with a bbq and furniture at the rear of the house and with the town, pubs, restaurants, cafes and a multitude of takeaways all within a few minutes walk your choice of dining options to suit everyone is endless.

There are so many stunning walks available right from the door, you can be on the coastal path within minutes and a walk along or above the world famous Fistral beach out to the Pentire headland which overlooks Crantock beach and back is strongly recommended.

You will be rewarded by amazing sea views and the opportunity to sample great beach bars for refreshment as required.

A great house in an ideal location for perfect family holidays all year round.
