"Stunning large home in immaculate condition throughout."
Everything you might need has been provided to make this holiday home one to remember. On arrival there was a selection of jams, local clotted cream, butter, scones, bread, tea and much more to make us feel welcome. High end kitchen equipment, comfortable furniture, quality mattresses, new tv's in all bedrooms and the massive open plan kitchen/lounge, fully kitted laundry room, etc. Its hard to think of anything you might need that isn't supplied. A large part of the front is glazed to frame the beautiful sea views with a large south facing decking area. A pleasant fifteen minute walk or a couple of minutes by car to the lovely Praa beach. Great coastal path walks to Rinsey head or Prussia cove. The house is perfectly located for days out to the Lizard Peninsula or West towards Lands End. We would definitely recommend this wonderful holiday home for anyone looking for a larger property with everything provided.
"We had a really nice stay and the onsite/nearby owners were very accomodating."
"We had a really great stay over Christmas."
The property is ideal for large groups. The bedrooms are roomy and the living room/kitchen area is well set out. The owners are very helpful and friendly. The location is ideally located for getting around Cornwall.

"This was our second stay in Sea Breeze, our first being in October 2020."
The house is really comfortable, with everything we could possibly need for a week's 'home from home' stay (it's actually far nicer than our real home!). Charlotte is a great host and has made us feel so welcome both times. Locally, the beach is a short walk or drive away. The coastal path to the pubs and restaurants of Porthleven is a must, taking in two sets of mining ruins and stunning views of the coastline along the way. We will definitely be returning again!
"The most beautiful property, absolutely pristine and came with everything you could need/want!"
The owner Charlotte couldn’t do enough for us and had some fab local knowledge, the view is amazing you can watch the sea for hours, we will 100% be back and we can’t wait!! Thank you Charlotte
Could not have wished for anything more. Lovely welcome goodies including scones and cream. Home from home with all kitchen utensils you could need. Beds were so comfortable. Fantastic views. Would certainly stay again.
"We arrived after a very long 7 hour journey as we drove down to get onto the A394 the view of the sea and St."
Michaels Mount made us feel that we were well and truly on holiday. The bungalow was just a few minutes drive away and when we arrived we couldn’t have wished for better - so welcoming with complimentary locally sourced goodies, spacious and spotlessly clean with outstanding views of the sea every day. Charlotte the owner had thought of absolutely everything. We were ideally located for visiting the local attractions with all amenities close at hand. We would definitely recommend Sykes Cottages and Sea Breeze to any prospective holiday makers.
"Great house, very spacious, well located."
Would be better if they included an EV charge point/outside plug and a recycling bin.

About the location
Marazion 4 miles, Helston 5.8 miles, Penzance 8.1 miles
Germoe is a village and civil parish resting in easy reach of the coastal village of Praa Sands, sitting on the south coast in between Helston and Marazion. Praa Sands is known for its mile-long sandy beach and excellent surfing conditions. There is a bar/restaurant overlooking the beach – the perfect spot for lunch with a view or sunset drinks – a Post Office and general stores, beach café with fish & chips, and a beach/surf shop stocked with everything you could need for a great day at the beach. Praa Sands is also home to a Golf and Country Club, from where the most wonderful sea vista can be enjoyed whilst you play. Just inland from the beach is Pengersick Castle, the tower of which dates back to the 16th century. It is said that Pengersick is haunted, and that the ghost of a monk has been seen wandering the grounds! The house at Pengersick is rumoured to be the birthplace of John Carter, the self styled King of Prussia and a tunnel which leads from the house to the beach was apparently once used by smugglers.
