“The photograph doesn't do the house justice.”

It has everything you need, is in a quiet location and provided a good base for the area.

The property

This beautifully presented homestay sits in a pretty hamlet setting of Little Petherick, 3 miles from much loved Padstow resort.

Detached and spacious, the accommodation oozes contemporary styled comfort perfect for families and friends seeking a retreat for recreation and relaxation.

Set over two floors, with three ground floor bedrooms with their own en-suite shower rooms, kick back in the sitting room with wood burning stove, get creative in the modern and well equipped kitchen and enjoy foodie gatherings in the dining room/conservatory overlooking the large garden.

The first floor hosts two further bedrooms, one with an en-suite plus the family bathroom.

The generous lawned and patio garden is a haven for play and rest, with garden furniture for alfresco feasts, sun loungers and a barbecue, backing onto open farmland.

Fabulous walks are paces from the property.

The footpath to Little Petherick Creek adjoins Saint’s Way (from Padstow to Fowey) and the Camel Trail is ideal for rambling and cycling adventures.

Beautiful Trevone Bay is a 10 minute drive away; visit Rock and Daymer Bay too for sandy beach and sailing fun!

Nearby St Issey with two pubs and the famed Journeyman restaurant will deliver excellent food and drink, and Padstow offers a myriad of restaurants, galleries and boutiques dotted around the picturesque harbour.

Little Tregonna makes a superb holiday and celebration venue for all.

About the location

Harlyn 2.9 miles; Constantine Bay 4.2 miles; Polzeath 15.6 miles.

Padstow is situated at the head of the Camel Cycle Trail and is a fantastic base for exploring the South West Coastal Path which opens up routes to beautiful Cornish countryside. This delightful fishing port is surrounded by sandy beaches and offers many opportunities to taste the locally sourced produce in celebrity owned establishments. Padstow has something for everyone with watersports, walking, cycling and fishing, you can even take a trip on a local fisherman’s boat! The excellent surfing beaches of Harlyn and Constantine are ideal for safe family fun, and Constantine Bay is also home to a golf course, just a few miles away, while a passenger ferry across the river from Padstow to Rock takes you to the beach at Daymer Bay. Just around the corner toward Pentire Head is the surfing paradise at Polzeath, and when the beach no longer calls, there’s a golf course nearby, several stately homes and gardens to visit. The fabulous Eden Project is just over twenty miles away.
