On the two upper floors are four comfortable bedrooms, two double bedrooms on the first floor, one with glimpses of the Camel estuary across rooftops and a smart family bathroom.

To the back of the property is a neat, enclosed garden on two levels for relaxing in the sun whilst to the front there’s a paved parking area for one car, a rarity in this popular Cornish town.

The town’s excellent restaurants - Rick Stein’s ‘empire’ is centred on Padstow - shops, cafes and galleries are just a short stroll away, whilst there’s a pedestrian ferry to Rock where you can indulge your favourite water sports at the sailing school.
