About the property

This charming 300 year old cottage is set over three floors and has been in the same family for many years.

Beautifully renovated to high standards, this is the perfect setting for a holiday in this iconic town.

Located right in the heart of the historic and popular harbour town of Padstow means all the top restaurants, the shops, galleries, quay and beach are all within a few minutes’ walk.

Full of character you sense the warm homely feel the moment you enter into the open plan living room with comfortable sitting and dining areas and a well-equipped kitchen with utility room.

The three bedrooms are set over two floors with two double rooms, one of which benefits from en-suite facilities, on the first floor along with the bathroom and the twin bedroom on the second floor.

Of an evening, stroll a few yards to the wonderful restaurants for which Padstow is justly famous.

With choices ranging from Rick Stein's fish and chip takeaway to his famous fish restaurant and the top Michelin star restaurant Number 6, you really do have options for everybody.

Maybe you might want to get the ferry across the estuary to Rock for more superb restaurants and miles of golden sands.

With many year round festivals in Padstow this is a superb cottage in an excellent location for holidays or short breaks whatever time of year.
