1 Customer Review

  • "Very comfortable apartment and quite spacious."

Also good to be warned about the stairs leading to the property. Easy walk to Truro along Riverside road and also to Malpas.

The property

Tucked away on the outskirts of Truro in Cornwall, is this pretty, penthouse, duplex apartment, Upper Deck.

Decorated with a coastal theme, reflective of the surroundings, and within easy reach of Cornish gems and close to bustling amenities, this two-bedroom apartment is ideal for three friends seeking a contemporary holiday home.

Park up in an allocated space before climbing up two flights of stairs to reach your home, where you will discover the bright and airy living space with its Velux Cabrio Balcony.

Relax and unwind with a cup of tea on the navy blue sofa, as you flicker through the Smart TV to catch-up on your shows and enjoy hearty meals at the dining table.

The cream kitchen area hosts an electric oven and hob to rustle up tasty dishes and offers a dishwasher for a fuss-free clean.

As the sky grows dark, retire inside and choose between two adorned bedrooms, a double with an en-suite and a small double bedroom; both with ample storage to house your belongings.

Awaken with a rinse in the en-suite shower room or indulge in a soak in the bathroom before enjoying a home-cooked breakfast, courtesy of the kitchen facilities.

From the doorstep, walks can be enjoyed, complete with the delightful River Fal estuary leading you to Malpas and onto St Clement.

To keep you occupied, Boscawen Park is only a short walk away and makes for a relaxing afternoon with a picnic, or you can burn off some excess energy by playing tennis on the tennis court located across the street!

Head into the heart of Truro for a plethora of independent cafes and shops, as well as tennis courts and a golf course to test your swing or in the evening snuggle up with popcorn in the cinema.

Be sure to treat yourselves to an evening meal out at the traditional, Heron Inn, or even breakfast at Trennick Mill or Heron Farm & Café at Malpas Marina for baked goods; afterwards board a boat for an adventure to the coastal town of Falmouth, where you explore a colossal castle.

For a staycation you're sure to remember, choose upper deck.

Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of £200.
