  • "Lovely house for a family get together, location is good for many beautiful beaches and attractions."

We loved the large kitchen for all to eat together. The information left in the house and the cleanliness was very good. Many thanks to Kerry who was extremely helpful before we arrived.

  • "We had a fantastic holiday."

Right from the moment we booked, the experience has been great. The Sykes app is great and enabled us to plan our holiday and track our outstanding balance. The holiday itself was fantastic. Trelydarth is a beautiful and spacious house set in stunning surroundings. The house was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. It also provided the perfect base from which to explore Cornwall. Due to the covid19 pandemic, it's been a long time since we have all been together as a family and to do that here, in such beautiful surroundings, was truly a blessing. Thank you x

  • "Trelydarth is a lovely characterful extended bungalow property."

It's location is excellent to travel around the whole of the Cornwall coast. Our party consisted of a family of eight and a dog and there was ample room. There are two lounges with TV's, six bedrooms and a lovely large kitchen dining area for all the family. Outside there is ample room and a lovely decking area. Kerry who part owns the property is very helpful and friendly. We can certainly recommend this property.

  • "We really enjoyed our stay."

Everything was explained prior to departure and when we arrived there we found the house clean and all the instructions were clear to follow. The house was already warmed up for us which we were really surprised. The house was in a good location, very close to the town and other attractions. The weather was very wet for us, so we did stay i doors most of the time. There was two TV and two reception rooms, kids enjoyed playing wii and board games provided with the accommodation. We really enjoyed it and would def would be a place for us to return again.

Lovely kitchen / dinning area. Nice that there is two sitting area's. Some rooms could do with a little updating but nothing that spoils the atmosphere. Thoughtful welcome pack. Lovely and warm. Easy access to main route's.

We managed to park 5 cars in the drive and still had room for 1 more. The house is extremely well equipped, very warm and comfortable. We were a party of 10 and 2 small dogs - it was lovely to be able to fit all round one table to have a meal and play games etc. I would recommend Trelydarth to anyone.

This property was absolutely fabulous. Fit for purpose with a kitchen area like a home from home, equipped with everything from a dogs bowl to slow cooker. The house was suitable for a party of 12 guests to socialise comfortably and the house was a fantastic environment to celebrate New Year's Eve in. The house owners were easy to contact, honest and quick to deal with any issues that arose.
