The property

Offering luxury accommodation in an ideal location for both beach and coastal walking holidays, this beautifully furnished apartment is set within a small development on the Pentire Peninsula, overlooking Fistral Beach near Newquay.

The first floor apartment is accessed either by stairs or a lift before entering into the hallway leading to the impressive open plan living room.

With a well-equipped kitchen, a contemporary dining area and an extra-large cosy sofa looking out over the balcony and out to sea, you have all you need for a relaxing holiday.

There are two bedrooms; a king size double with en suite facilities and a twin, situated next to the family bathroom.

The balcony is the perfect spot for enjoying a drink at the end of the day whilst witnessing one of the spectacular sunsets the North coast of Cornwall regularly enjoys throughout the year.

A short walk will take you out onto the Pentire headland, with a stunning vista of the Atlantic Ocean and glorious views of Crantock Beach to the West and Fistral Beach and the dramatic North Cornish coastline to the East.

Set literally on the cliiffs of the headland is Lewinnick lodge, one of the finest and most popular eateries in the county, where food is served all day and is prepared with the best local ingredients.

Why not enjoy a breath-taking early morning walk and reward yourself with a full Cornish breakfast before returning to the apartment for the perfect start to the day?

The award-winning Crantock Beach is one of the best family beaches in the South West and can be reached by a most enjoyable walk depending on the tide.

There is a ferry that can take you across, should you need to use it.

The nearby Gannel Estuary, with an amazing variety of wildlife, is a must for nature lovers and walkers.

It can be explored by foot, kayak, canoe, bike or horseback, all of which can be hired locally.

The vibrant town of Newquay is a pleasant walk away along the coastal path and offers all you would expect of a leading resort.

A stay at No.5 offers excellent accommodation in a wonderful location which can be enjoyed all-year-round.
