“The cottage is a wonderful location, ideal for families with young children.”

The property

Enviably placed overlooking the cove at Perranuthnoe, Sunnyside is a gorgeous property betwixt Mounts Bay and Praa Sands.

Watch the waves roll in from the house or the garden before reclining in front of the toasty wood burning stove to plan the next day's adventures.

On the ground floor, there is an open plan sitting room with glass doors to the garden and a hearty wood burning stove for cooler months.

To the rear of the space is a snug dining area adjacent to the kitchen - perfect for social dinners and breakfasts.

With one bedroom downstairs, and a further two upstairs, this sea-side property is flexible for parties needing accommodation all on one level.

The garden to the rear is enclosed and is perfect for siestas in the sunshine or gazing at sea birds playing in the surf.

Perranuthnoe has a couple of cafes, a craft shop and an art gallery.

Cliff top rambles can be rounded-off with a cold beer and a delicious meal at the very popular Victoria Inn.

With Mounts Bay and iconic St Michael's Mount just a ten minute drive away, you simply have to make the trip across the cobbled causeway and climb to the top.

Visitors to Sunnyside will not be disappointed by its location, space and outlook - it is a fabulous home from home.
