  • "C22 Had a lovely stay, caravan clean, tidy, comfortable."

Could do with a couple of home comforts like bedside lamps, cushions,a clock. Bed really comfortable and good pillows, could do with better quality bedlinen, Plenty of cookware but had seen better days, Brilliant shower. Overall good value for money.

  • "To echo the feedback of other guests."

There was no wifi and at my time of booking this was listed as being there. Its since been removed as a facility. There was no guest information book, no bedside lights or sofa cushions. It was however very clean and comfortable, it just didn't have any thoughtful extras. Bedside lights in particular would've been nice. I was happily surprised by a large fridge and freezer, so you can do a proper food shop on the way there. Shower was fab, great water pressure and lots of hot water. Tiny sauce pans so if you have 4 people probably best to bring a big pan. The lack of guest information meant that I didn't find the swimming pool passes until day 3 and had no way of knowing we were permitted to use it or how to sign in. It's a beautiful spot and clean and comfortable, if you are driving ( I arrived by train ) then just bring a bedside lamp and a few creature comforts. @the owner - a little bit of love and attention and a guest book would go a long way.

  • "What can I say?"

There were no instructions of any kind, how to work cooker boiler, what to do in an emergency, best thin Drs, dentist etc. No cleaning stuffs except half bottle of washing up liquid and an empty spray can of detol. No cushions, coffee table, bedside lamps (we used torches to get in bed) . This is not what I expect from Sykes. The best thing about this holiday was the weather!

  • "Seating smelt of dog, we booked this as it was no pets."

Staining on cushions, no information pack as we have had with other Sykes properties. The vacuum cleaner stunk when we used it. No lids for saucepans. In the event of a problem the on site office could not help. No Wi- fi.

Thank you for your feedback, we are very sorry you were not entirely satisfied with your stay. I will raise your comments with the cleaner. Property Owner
