  • "The house is lovely and spacious."

It had everything we needed and more. The facilities at the Point were a bonus too. We would have appreciated a manual of some sort at the property with some information about the site. Sykes however were difficult to contact and could not answer whether the access to health club was included or not. The outside shower was useful and we used the boiler cupboard to dry boots etc but some hanging space/shoe racks there would be a good addition. And hanging outside for wetsuits too. Some of the outside lights were not working. The master bedroom shower was blocked and despite calling the emergency man who came the next day with a plunger, he was unable to fix it. Nothing else was done or communicated about this so we did not have the Ensuite facilities we expected. The standard of cleaning was below what we would have expected. For example the oven and oven trays were marked/smoked when used. The bins had clean bin bags in them but underneath the insides of bins were dirty. There were a lot of bluebottle flies which may have been related to this. We had a good week and liked the style of the house, but the management side of things was a big let down.

  • "Property easy to find - follow small signs to Zeath @ The Point once in the grounds of The Point."

The house is extremely well fitted out with top level appliances. Re the bedrooms, the main one has a super king-size bed with large en-suite walk-in shower room and 2 hand basins. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and en-suite shower room, bedroom 3 has a double bed, bedroom 4 has twin beds and 3 and 4 share the family bathroom with bath, shower and 2 hand basins. The house has been fenced off from the communal gardens ensuring safety for children and dogs, from the lake.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We are happy to hear that the property suited your needs, and that you found it with ease. We look forward to hopefully welcoming you back again in the future - John Bray Cornish Holidays on behalf of the owner. Property Owner

  • "A very well kept clean and modern property."

Great facilities in this well designed house. We enjoyed our stay enhanced by use of The Point. Could do with a car charger if you have an electric vehicle. Didn’t find out about the building works close by until after the booking. Also changed the check in/out times after booking as well. However, this is still a good property to stay at and I might book again.

Thank you for your comments and kind words on Two Trezeath. We apologise you were not made aware of the building works or check in/out times prior to your stay. We hope we can welcome you back in the future! - John Bray Cornish Holidays on behalf of the owner. Property Owner

  • "Very nice property stunning in fact but the directions and signs are totally inadequate and cost me and my family 6 hours of driving around and no one from the point new the property at all and we did not enter the property until 2 am after arriving in Polzeath at 8 pm please insure correct directions and that the property is on Mod Box site would help future tenants ."

Thank you so much for your feedback. We are so glad that you enjoyed your stay and would love to welcome you back anytime in the future. Regarding you issues on arrival, we are so sorry you had these issues and we are now looking into getting some new signage and directions for the property to ensure this does not happen again. - John Bray Cornish Holidays. • "We really enjoyed are stay as a family, we did have to take great caution with the little ones with the marble floor everywhere and the staircase but we could see that from the pictures of the property."

The only two things I would like to point out are that it needs some signage for the house as we had to peer through windows to check which one it was and it would be helpful to have a folder of where the Wi-Fi router is and how to use the kitchen hob and cooker etc. Also whether to strip the beds at the end of the stay etc. The house is obviously brand new and the location is quiet and very near to Polzeath Overall a very nice property and we would stay again

Thank you so much for your kind words. We are delighted that you enjoyed your stay and would love to have you back in the future. We have now created a what3words for the property and added extra signage to help make getting to the property as smooth as possible! We will be looking into providing folders for the property. However, all the info you need should be on the email you receive prior to arriving - John Bray Cornish Holidays. Property Owner
