This pretty detached cottage in Ponsanooth village is less than 3 miles from the coast.
Set over two floors with well presented accommodation and country views, it makes a delightful bolthole for family, friends and couples.
From the entrance hall, the sitting room boasts a wood burner with dining area, separate kitchen and cloakroom.
The first floor hosts three sleep inducing bedrooms; king-size with Juliet balcony, twin and single, plus the family bathroom.
French doors from the sitting room lead into an attractive enclosed courtyard with garden furniture and barbecue.

Ponsanooth has a great walk-to pub serving real ale and good food, plus a PO store for handy provisions.
Falmouth is five miles away with four beaches, harbour, Pendennis Castle and the National Maritime Museum.
Inns, bars, cafes and restaurants plus art galleries, gift shops and retail stores dot the lanes and make for a good browse, with pasties and fudge beckoning when hunger strikes!

With its eclectic range of art galleries, bars, restaurants, cinema, theatre, museum and outstanding cathedral this small city is a superb year round destination. Steeped in history and intriguing architecture there is always plenty to do and see. Just meandering through the Georgian cobbled streets is a pleasure in itself. With many peaceful parks all within a short stroll from the centre it is a most relaxing city to visit. A wonderful day trip can be had from Truro to Falmouth along the stunning Fal estuary with many options to disembark and pick up the boat later along the scenic river trip.
