The property

Surf View is a delightful apartment resting in the popular coastal village of Porthtowan.

Perfect for a family of four, this retreat has been decorated to a lovely standard, providing comfortable accommodation to return to after a day of exploring the wonderful St Agnes Heritage Coast.

The open-plan living area offers an L-shaped sofa, where you can curl up of an evening with the wood burner on cooler evenings.

Whilst the chef amongst the group is preparing fine meals in the well-equipped kitchen, set the dining table and enjoy a sumptuous feast.

There are two serene bedrooms, one with a double bed on the ground floor and the other a twin with en-suite shower room upstairs.

Restful sleep is a given after a soak in the bathroom.

Head out to the private balcony with distant sea views or stroll down to the sandy beach for a swim or surf.

Be sure to visit the beautiful countryside of the St Agnes Heritage Coast, a haven for wildlife including seals and dolphins and lovely clifftop rambles in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Porthtowan itself is a bustling seaside community which boasts a well-stocked village grocery store and off licence, a beach shop and a surf shop, as well as providing lessons and surf hire.

Walkers can take advantage of the stunning South West Coastal Path, or enjoy the low tide walk across the beach to the stunning Chapel Porth with its mining heritage and towering cliffs.

St Ives, Penzance and the city of Truro are a short car journey away and offer a number of attractions and amenities waiting to be explored.
