    Everything was as expected except for the picture in your advertising. The picture gives the impression that there are few other houses around and that there would be views but not the sea as stated. The property is on a complex of 24 houses, it is surrounded. The view from the back was a grassy bank and from the front mostly a wall some shrubs and sky. Out on the balcony you could see part of the hotel grounds. It would also have been very useful to know the parking space is in a car park and ...

The property

This holiday home is situated within the private grounds of the Glendorgal Hotel.

Although the property itself does not benefit from the beautiful sea view, there are many locations on the 17-acre site overlooking Porth Beach and Lusty Glaze Cove with its own headland.

A fantastic holiday location just a short walk from stunning beaches and the coastline.

Combining convenience with a quiet, picturesque seaside setting, this accommodation remains a perfect place for beach lovers.

Uniquely, this home is upside down, with a twin and double bedroom, along with a bathroom on the ground floor, and the living area on the first floor.

The open plan living area makes a sociable area to relax, and comes complete with a balcony, which you can enjoy all year round.

Guests of the cottage can also make use of the hotels fabulous on-site facilities, including a heated indoor swimming pool, gym, friendly bar and restaurant; so after a day exploring the delightful coastline, you can have a dip in the pool, or relax with a drink in the bar.

Newquay has several beaches, each with its own character, but most are renowned for good surfing.

With the aquarium and zoo, South West Coast Path and golf courses in the area too, there?s something for everyone.

Newquay is the home of the UK’s surf scene, boasting three major beaches, the National Surf Centre and an endless supply of rolling surf, making it a watersports paradise. The town, with its zoo, sea life centre and varied selection of restaurants and pubs, also promises a holiday to remember. For avid walkers, the South West Coast Path passes in both directions along a stunning coastline of high cliffs, hidden coves and yet more beaches.
