The property

This two bedroom bungalow is situated 5 minutes from the beach, in the beautiful village of Porth, on the outskirts of Newquay.

Designed with a light and summery interior, Ocean View is a breath of fresh air, perfect for couples or a small family wishing to uncover an outstanding seaside location.

Enter inside through the porch where the hallway leads off to a wonderful lounge, layered in cool blue and white tones, you can relax here for a refreshing drink in the morning time, watching the sea go by, or snuggle up before the fire come evening.

The all-white kitchen is complimented by marble effect countertops, and houses everything you need to go about your day in style.

Beyond this, two bedrooms await, the first is presented as a double, dressed in calming colours, with overbed storage units and amazing sea views.

The twin bedroom is equally as wonderful, a cosy set-up for two, classically designed for a lovely night's sleep.

Wake up to the excellent interior, then start your morning relaxing on the patio area, whether this be on one of the loungers, or planning your adventures at the table.

Nearby is the South West Coast Path, which boasts spectacular scenery, Watergate Bay, with its rolling waves, surf schools, cafe and pubs, is a short walk away, and the popular resort of Newquay with its beaches, watersports, pubs, restaurants, zoo and aquarium is not to be missed.

Fistral Beach and surf centre lie three miles west of Porth, whilst the surf training school at Lusty Glaze Beach is actually within the village.

A fabulous holiday destination.
