"Another wonderful stay, the house is well equipped and comfortable."
We’ve rebooked, we absolutely love it at this house, the location, the way the house is maintained and all the items inside, no detail has been left out, it’s fabulous!

"Amazing property with lovely views."
Well appointed and equipped
"Treetops is an incredible property, beautifully maintained with quality furnishings."
One of the best holiday homes we have stayed in, and we have stayed in many. There were only two things we would point out. The heating could have been set a little higher as the weather was quite cold. We would also recommend a grit bin for the driveway. The day we left, we had to spread table salt up the drive to gain grip to get out. A minor issue really, as we would have happily stayed longer if we were 'stuck'! Thank you for making our daughter's 30th birthday so special. We will be back!
Thank you for your lovely feedback. We are thrilled to hear that you loved the property and your stay. We are sorry to hear that the heating wasn’t too warm, you are of course able to adjust this during your stay, please give us a call if you struggle with doing so! Thank you for your constructive comment, this has been reported to the necessary department to look into. Thank you so much again, happy 30th birthday to your daughter and we hope to welcome you back in the future. Kinds Regards, The Carbis Bay Holidays Team Property Owner
"Amazing property with absolutely stunning views from most rooms especially the fantastic up stairs lounge , photos just don’t do it justice it’s a “wow” when you turn the corner down the steep drive ."
Everything catered for , very well stocked kitchen, lovely big fridge / freezer . Lovely high quality furnishings , accessories, fluffy towels etc . Beautiful inside, spotlessly clean , also especially liked the artwork / pictures around the house , some original pieces . An easy 20 minute walk to st ives and 10 minutes to Carbis bay . Few minutes walk to Tesco. Three generations to celebrate our twin boys 21st birthday’s , a trip we shall all always remember with great happiness.
Thank you for your wonderful feedback. We are thrilled to hear that you loved the property and your stay to celebrate a lovely occasion! Thank you so much again for your comments and we hope to welcome you back in the future. Kinds Regards, The Carbis Bay Holidays Team Property Owner
"Arrived to find house and garden in darkness."
Not a great welcome after a long drive, front door was then difficult to open. Settled in and then found a third of the house had no power which included the SKY tv set up. Reported the issue and was told nothing could be done until Monday. Not impressed for a property like this. House is stunning, well prepared by the cleaning team, sumptuous towels and very comfy bedrooms. Stunning views but there are some issues. Shower in the en suite is poor, needs grouting cleaned up and a power shower to fit in with the rest of the room. Settees aren't that comfortable which takes the edge off looking at the great views. The leather sofa could do with some good cushions. The kitchen frying pans all need replacing as they are at the end of there lifespan and no longer non stick. The dining plates also need replacing. This is a stunning house but it needs some updating. I appreciate the impact of Covid but if you charge top fees then you need to keep everything in keeping with the luxury feel that most of the property has. Some beach towels would be a nice touch. Please don't think we didn't enjoy our week because of the above feedback it's intended to help as most people are over positive when writing reviews which doesn't help anyone.
Thank you very much for your Feedback following your recent holiday at Treetops and we are pleased that you enjoyed your stay. We are sorry to hear some of the electrics had tripped due to the severe weather conditions at the time, we understand that the Electrician attended on the Monday as we were advised that the issue was not essential and that it would be fine for someone to attend when practical. Please be assured, if we had been notified that the issue was urgent this would have been addressed immediately. Thank you also for your additional points and suggestions, we have passed these on to the team that look after the property for their attention and consideration. We look forward to the opportunity to welcome you back again in the future. Kind regards, The Carbis Bay Holidays Team. Update We can confirm that the owner has purchased new frying pans and cushions following the above feedback. 02/03/2023 Property Owner
"Our 2nd stay at Treetops and another fantastic stay."
Treetops is ideally located for walking into St Ives on the coastal path, accessing the local beaches , visiting the many cafe's, bars and restaurants and as a base to to explore Cornwall. The property was ideal for our family with plenty of space for us all, with the most fabulous garden to explore. Thank you

"We have had the most wonderful week staying at Treetops."
It is superbly located within easy walking distance for the beach, supermarket and the coastal path to St Ives. The house itself is amazing - stunning views, superbly equipped (although, if I had to make a suggestion - the kitchen could do with a knife sharpener!), very clean and comfortable. We hope to come back for another stay in the future.
Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback! We are thrilled to hear you had such an amazing time at Treetops. We are looking forward to welcoming you back in the future. Kind regards, The Carbis Bay Holidays Team Property Owner
"Really fantastic place with house and location couldn't be better and will return sometime in future."
One issue with property is the master bedroom with the floor around the entrance & inside en suite bathroom creeks badly, annoying person in bedroom below as mentioned by person on "Trip advisor" in June. Otherwise an excellent holiday.
Thank you for your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you had such a lovely stay and loved the property. Your comments have been taken on board and reported to the relevant department to look into. Thank you again for your comments and we look forward to the opportunity to welcome you back in the future. Kinds Regards, The Carbis Bay Holidays Team Property Owner
"Lovely property, superb position and views."
Only issue floor boards in main bedroom creaked badly causing the bedroom below to be very noisy. For a property of this price it should not happen. Disappointed
Thank you for taking the time to submit your feedback. Treetops is a fantastic property, the views are amazing, it is well equipped and maintained by the owners. We will investigate your comments regarding the floorboards. Kind Regards The Carbis Bay Holidays Team. Property Owner
"Excellent holiday, great house with awesome views."
A lovely spacious house well furnished with great pictures and interesting bits and bobs. The 'observatory' room and balconies were amazing overlooking the bay and on clear days seeing miles passed the lighthouse across the bay and up the coast. It was well located right next door to St Ives and the tin mines just down the coast (Botallack a must) and lands end and St Michael's Mount just a short drive away. Godrevy beach is stunning. Spent an afternoon at the house in the garden just overlooking Carbis beach and listening to the waves. We had sun all week just an awesome holiday. Many thanks for such a great house
I am so glad you enjoyed your time at Treetops and were able to take advantage of the beautiful weather in the garden. Hopefully you will return in the future. Property Owner
"Treetops is a fantastic property with amazing views."
A luxury house but very homely. A great location for the beautiful beach at Carbis Bay and very handy for St Ives, either walking or by train. We absolutely loved our stay and hope to return.
Dear Mrs Buckland Thank you for your lovely feedback. We are delighted to hear you enjoyed your stay and look forward to welcoming you back soon. Best Regards The Carbis Bay Holidays Team. Property Owner
"The house is perfect, the equipment inside is all of a high standard, it has everything you need for your holiday and more."
The view is amazing, the house is very comfortable, it has been kitted out with a lot of thought. Hands down the best place we’ve stayed and nice to see they have put money and time into making sure everyone has a great stay. We rebooked for next year while we were there!
Thank you for your lovely feedback. I am so glad you enjoyed your stay and feel you want to return… We have tried to strike the balance between a holiday home and somewhere that feels like home whilst our guests are there. I hope you enjoy next year as much as this. Property Owner
"What a fantastic property."
Amazing facilities with wonderful views.
Thank you for the positive feedback. I am glad you enjoyed your stay at Treetops. I hope you will be able to return someday. It is a very special place. Property Owner
The views are amazing! The only thing I would suggest is about the log situation with the burner. We weren't aware no logs are supplied! We would of loved to of used it, so maybe having this info put into booking confirmation details or even a log store out around the garden somewhere could be an idea. Apart from that no complaints, we'll be back again one day.
Thank you so much for your positive feedback, we are thrilled to hear that you had a lovely stay. We are sorry to hear that you weren’t aware logs are not supplied. There is a Tesco supermarket close by which sell logs that can be found in the entrance of the shop, but your feedback has reached the correct departments and is very valued. Should you have any queries during any stay please don’t hesitate to contact the local office and we will be able to advise. We hope to welcome you back in the future. Kind Regards, The Carbis Bay Holidays Team Property Owner

""Our party of eight people have just returned from staying at this property for the last seven days."
__We all agreed that this was the best self-catering property any of us had stayed in before. It was so spacious. The lounge upstairs had spectacular views. The kitchen was so well equipped. The standard of linen and towels was first class. This property is ideal for all ages as we could all spread out and decide where and who we wanted to sit with. __We will will be booking this property again. "

We couldn't fault it, the views were incredible from every room and being lucky enough with the weather we were able to enjoy the garden too! Tree Tops is possibly one of the nicest properties we have ever stayed in and we will definitely be looking to book again next year!"
""A large house that still feels like a home with lovely stylish arty touches."
Top class beds, bedding and very well equipped kitchen for those who like to cook on holiday with Tesco just up the road although you never hear any traffic. A very peaceful setting with panoramic views. The three lounges are so useful in a large group with different ages or viewing tastes. Been here twice and would like to visit again. It would be possible to arrive here and never use a car as you are by the coastal path and the bus stop and train station are within a mile. Thanks for sharing"
