We had a lovely stay at Trebellan it was very well equipped and clean when we arrived only thing I would say is in the directions you could mention the single track lane to get to the property as the sign to turn is obscured and it’s very tight apart from that tiny issue great holiday

  • "Thankyou Gill & Kevin for a fantastic holiday at Trebellan 10/10 !"

This time we had weather on our side and we were able to visit all the places that we couldn't back in November due to the awful weather ! Coming back to Trebellan was a real luxury ! We also were feeding a lame pheasant that would come to the back door as animal lovers that was special too ! Our usual thanks to Clare for keeping Trebellan so clean and tidy we look forward to coming back when we can. Many thanks Steve / Derricke / Sasha

  • "Hi Gill & Kevin thank-you so much for a wonderful stay at Trebellan !"

We give property 10/10 as previous customers have stated there is everything to hand you do not need anything else maybe the weather which was against us this time but we cannot control that can we ! Only one negative noticed there were no waterproof duvet protectors with so many customers using same duvet I feel it would be for the best ! You still get 10/10 we would like to thank-you both for allowing us to stay in such a lovely property and thanks to Clare who does wonderful job of keeping place so nice and clean ! We are staying again in January you can't keep us away now ! Kind regards Steve / Derricke / Sasha

  • "The cottage was great and far more spacious than it appeared to be from the outside."

It certainly had everything we needed for our stay and the beds were all very comfortable. We had a bit of a shock when we arrived to discover that the sofas were very low, however we managed to adjust ourselves and they weren't a problem, even for my Mother who broke her hip a year ago.

  • "Excellent facilities at this bungalow, there was absolutely everything needed for stay."

It is set in lovely peaceful area with great walks. Very comfortable and felt at home. Highly recommend for great base for touring South Cornwall. Would definitely come back here another time. We continued our holiday in North Cornwall in a caravan and was spoilt the first week as absolutely no comparison. We had extreme weather very hot and brought a fan with us thank goodness! Not sure if BBQ not allowed as only thing not provided. Thank you xx

  • "Your cottage Trebellan is the best of the Sykes cottages we’ve stayed at."

It had everything needed in a private home. A comfortable and well laid out property. Plenty of heating appliances to keep us warm ( for March ). Fed the squirrel who came to the back garden table. Lovely urban area. Shame the village inn on site was still under construction. Will be a great asset to the village. The narrow local country lanes a bit scared. Thank you.

  • "We were very pleased with the cottage."

It exceeded our expectations. One thing was inconvenient though which was the light swtches they were were very high and my partner at 5 foot and with limited mobility could not reach them and the same with the shower switch Had she been on her own it would have been caused problems and difficulty for her. It was very well equipped and suitable for access for someone with limited mobility. We had a lovely relaxing time there and would go again when in Cornwall as the location and quiet area was great. Unfortunately the Village Inn was closed but this may have been due to covid regulations. It would have been very useful had it been open.

Good value for money. It had a benefit of being in close proximity to Devon and Plymouth but if you are after the beaches then it is a long drive away.
