The property

Gillan is a three-bedroom, mid terrace house located in the coastal town of Falmouth.

This charming house with a simplistic elegance sleeps up to six people, making this a great location for a large family adventure.

Upon entering the home, the spacious hallway is home to a well-presented WC with hand basin.

As you walk through to the open-plan living/dining/kitchen area, you will be welcomed to a sitting area which includes a TV, a cosy corner sofa and two additional seats.

This room is filled with light from the patio doors which lead out onto the private patio, where you'll find a barbecue area.

The spacious kitchen features a fridge, washing machine, electric oven and hob.

The dining area has a seating arrangement for up to six people and for entertainment there is WiFi, a HiFi system and a selection of books and games.

Located upstairs are the three bedrooms, all designed with a modern and elegant feel.

Here you will find a double bedroom which houses a well-equipped storage space, in addition to a comfortable double bed.

Similarly equipped is the second double bedroom; this room includes additional storage, as well as a large double bed.

The final bedroom houses twin beds, ideal for children.

The bathroom has a simplistic elegance and has been designed with a clean décor in mind.

Here you will find a WC, basin and a shower over bath.

Outside, there is access to the private patio area with barbecue, in addition to the communal plunge pool, tennis courts and on-site bar and restaurant.

Off-road parking is available for one car.

Moreover, the local pub can be found within a mile of the house, and then nearest shop is a mere 5-minute drive away.

For days out, Pendennis Castle is a 15-minute drive and the sandy beach of Gyllyngvase can be located within a 10-minute drive from the property.

Falmouth, with its magnificent natural harbour (the third largest in the world), winding streets and beaches, will keep you occupied for hours. The town's old harbour-side pubs, excellent shopping, art gallery and stunning National Maritime Museum simply complete the picture. Pendennis Castle, built by Henry VIII, is Falmouth's most popular attraction, sited on its own peninsula with superb panoramic sea views. Across from Falmouth harbour is the beautiful town of St Mawes, surrounded by the rocky coves, sandy beaches and lush green countryside of the Roseland Peninsula. Go there by car (15 miles) or take the passenger ferry from Falmouth (15 minutes). For nature lovers there is the Swanpool Nature Reserve, a lagoon and site of special scientific interest teeming with a variety of wildlife. Falmouth offers such a rich variety of landscape and attractions for people of all ages, it is sure to tempt you back time and again.
