The accommodation is homely and spacious, ideal for family and friends, boasting a large front garden with open lawn and ample parking, as well as a rear enclosed courtyard.
The porch and generous hallway lead to the separate sitting room, a peaceful nook with sofas and imitation woodburner adding warmth to the room while you cosy up with your loved ones.
The modern kitchen/diner is a great social space with all the mod cons; gather for dinner around the table or chat away the evening with stories of your trip so far.
The ground floor also hosts a king-size bedroom, pristine wet room and separate cloakroom.
Up on the first floor you will find two welcoming, good sized bedrooms; a double and a twin, with ample storage space.
The enclosed courtyard to the rear is south-facing, enjoying the sun all day, for relaxed alfresco dining.
Praa Sands is two miles east, playing host to a beach café/restaurant offering refreshments after a day spent surfing - even hire boards and join the surf school.
Prussia Cove is a half hour stroll away, spied from a ramble along the scenic South West Coast Path, framing big ocean views.
Perranuthnoe is a 4-minute drive away, a mile east of Marazion.
Majestic St Michael’s Mount is also easily reached, either by cobbled causeway or ferry boat, dependent on the tides.
Browse the galleries in Marazion, with a big arc of golden sands stretching to Penzance.
Rugged Land’s End, Sennen Cove and St. Ives resort are all must-see destinations.
