Kammneves is a semi-detached cottage on two levels, with ancient origins situated in Trelights.
It has been transformed with all the benefits of modern insulation, heating and comfort.
A huge amount of thought and care has been taken to provide an utterly lovable, contemporary cottage.
Step from the quiet lane into the cosy living room which has a wood-burning stove, through to the kitchen-dining room, here there are a few steps up to the shower-room.
There is also a back porch for leaving those boots and coats and sorting out soggy dogs after a good coastal walk.
Head upstairs to two bedrooms – a double and a twin and the family bathroom.
To one side of the cottage is a small courtyard with table and chairs, and it’s only a ten minute lane walk to the local licensed hotel restaurant, but remember to take a torch!
Superb beaches and fine restaurants in nearby Port Isaac and Polzeath, and a little further afield the historic harbour of Boscastle.
Two bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x twin. Sitting room with wood burning stove. Kitchen with dining area. Bathroom with bath, shower, basin and WC. Ground floor shower-room with shower, basin and WC.
