The property

This luxury ground floor apartment is located in the small coastal village of Seaton just 250 yards from the beach and one mile from the village of Downderry, three miles along the coast from the popular fishing port of Looe.

As you arrive after driving through this charming village you will realise the moment you go through the gates you are somewhere special.

The first and lasting view that you will see is the most impressive garden which with the added bonus of the hot tub is as peaceful and relaxing as you can imagine.

You enter through the hallway into the open plan living area with a kitchen, dining and sitting areas.

From here you go through to the beautifully furnished bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

French doors from the bedroom take you out onto the patio, the ideal spot for an early morning cup of coffee before the day ahead.

A short walk of 250 yards will take you to the village and beach where a pub, an excellent restaurant and wine bar with fabulous views to Looe Island, and cafe will offer you several dining options.

Alternatively a delightful walk approximately a mile along the coast will take you to the pretty village of Downderry with a further choice of excellent pubs and restaurants.

Apart from the superb coastal walking a visit to Seaton Valley Countryside Park immediately north of the village is a must.

Home to otters, kingfishers and countless other wildlife the nature trail can be followed for nearly two miles to the village of Hessonford where lunch can be taken at the excellent Copley Arms before the delightful walk back and a relaxing dip in your hot tub.

The ever popular fishing port of Looe can be reached either by car or bus or even by an invigorating hours walk along the coast.
