“Site is very hilly not suitable for people with walking difficulties dogs have to be kept on leads but many visitors disregarded this.”

Sauna was broken entire visit. Restaurant only open from 5pm so not breakfast or lunches. Had hoped to be enjoying a full English but wasn’t happening. Otherwise food was good large portions and freshly cooked. Small shop had most essentials but closed at 5pm when bar opened so if you needed something urgently tough luck. Site was quiet and all staff very friendly and helpful. Kids disco on the Friday evening went down well. Our bungalow has a fault in the fuse box one kept tripping out ...

Our bungalow has a fault in the fuse box one kept tripping out constantly so the sockets in the bedrooms and hallway didn’t work. The fuse wouldn’t always grip back in so we left it down to show it wasn’t working. Nice comfortable spacious purpose built accommodation covered our needs. Thanks ****Owner response**** Very sorry for your inconvenience. Thank you very much for raising the issue. I will contact the Honey Comb Park to discuss the sauna and other facilities as we pay for it to the park in advance for our customers. We always advise our customers that if you have any issues please raise it by contacting us or the sight maintenance team so that it will be resolved at the earliest during your stay. We have now looked into the issue and allocated electrician to resolve it. ********
