There are three bedrooms on the first floor, all close to the family bathroom.
Outside there is a quiet suntrap of a patio, ideal for an early morning coffee, along with a shed for storing bikes and boards.
From the cottage, you are a couple of minutes’ walk from the centre of the town and a choice of pubs, restaurants, takeaways and independent shops including a number of butchers, famous throughout Cornwall for their pasties which are made fresh every day.
For a special occasion or a night out, Michelin-starred restaurants are available at both Padstow and Port Isaac, whilst in nearby Newquay the variety of restaurants is unmatched anywhere in the South West.
With so many beaches to choose from, including the award-winning Mawgan Porth beach which is only 5 miles from the cottage, beach lovers will be spoilt for choice.
With the majority of Cornwall's finest beaches and leading tourist attractions all within 30 minutes’ drive, this is an ideal central location for touring this beautiful county, with the Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan both nearby.
