About the property

St Enodoc View is a 1920’s style semi-detached house in Trebetherick, situated between rock and Polzeath, offering stunning views of Daymer Bay.

The property was purchased by the current owners in the 1920's from the Betjamen family.

Boasting a homely feel, it’s ideal for families to get together underneath the Cornish sunshine.

After a busy day exploring the north Cornwall coastline, families can relax and put their feet up in the sitting room and enjoy its open fire visible on arrival.

On a summer’s night why not open up the doors to the garden and breathe in the sea air while enjoying a drink or reading a book?

Guests staying in the upstairs bedrooms are also advised to check out the views from the first floor balcony.

Outside, the large garden is perfect for the younger members of the family to play, while the family dog can also get a bit more exercise.

The property is perfectly situated for anyone wanting to get out and explore the bustling towns of Padstow and Port Isaac.

Just 150 yards away from the property is the dog friendly beach of Daymer Bay, with its shallow water and sandy beach it’s a great place for families to enjoy a day out and for youngsters to build a sandcastle or two!

While down there, why not immerse yourself in the full seaside experience and purchase an ice cream from the shop overlooking the beach?

Golfers are in luck, with the property being originally adjacent to the famous links St Enodoc golf course (two 18 hole courses), other excellent courses are within a few miles of the property.

Cornwall is famous for its water sports and there’s plenty of opportunities for experienced and new participants to test out their sea legs.

Water-skiing, wake-boarding and paddle boarding are just three of the sports on offer at the nearby Camel Ski School, Camel Sailing School offers the full sailing experience.

Surfing at Polzeath, one of Cornwall's favourite surfing beaches offers several surfing schools and extensive hire facilities.

About the location


Wadebridge 8 miles.

Trebetherick straddles the Polzeath to Wadebridge road and extends west to Daymer Bay and northwest to Trebetherick Point, a rocky headland in the estuary. Daymer Bay with a sandy beach provides safe bathing for holidaying families and is also popular with windsurfers. Brea Hill located at the south end of Daymer Bay makes for an energetic walk for all. Trebetherick has a general stores and Polzeath is only half a mile away with a selection of shops and restaurants around a sandy surfing beach. The water sports haven of Rock is only 1 ½ miles away with a ferry running frequently between Rock and Padstow. The area has several coastal walking opportunities, and is close to St Enodoc's championship golf course. Rock also features a collection of shops including a delicatessen, butchers, and bakers, however for more extensive shopping facilities the town of Wadebridge is approximately 8 miles away.
