  • "The property was lovely and a great location."

Only small complaint was that the mattresses on the twin beds are very hard and not too comfortable. This may suit some people, but it was something that was a downside for us. The mattress on the main bed was absolutely fine. Addition of some deeper cereal bowls would also be a good addition as the bowls were quite shallow. Everything was clean and tidy, and made for an excellent base.

  • "A great holiday let."

Clean and Tidy. a check out of 10am would have been nicer. the only faults - there were 3 adults, but only 2 big towels - so there were only hand towels provided in the twin bedroom. The pillows are rather hard, would suggest people to bring their own pillows for comfort. Otherwise we have recommended you to our friends who have a family wedding in the village later this year.

Thank you for your feedback, please accept our apologies you did not have a sufficient amount of towels for your stay, if you had made us aware whilst you were in the property we would have been able to rectify this for you. Thank you for recommending us to your friends we trust they will have a fantastic stay. Property Owner

Would love to see the small area at the back gated off so our dog couldn’t get out but kept on his lead when wanting to go out for a wee .great pub just around the corner for a good old pub grub thank you for a wonderful stay Xx

  • "A beautiful modern apartment which was very spacious and comfortable in a lovely location."

It could be improved with the addition of a coffee machine and clothes drier having just a washing machine. Although there were enough crockery for 4 people, there wasn’t enough to make use of the dishwasher as you really need to double up. Also there is a lack of outdoor space. Just a number of picnic benches packed in around the apartment with little space in between. No bbq or space to have a bbq. Nice area with two restaurants within walking distance but no shops nearby. Convenient bus into Padstow. Also nice country walk into Padstow taking around 40 minutes. Overall a lovely property and would recommend.

  • "Grossly inaccurate photograph of apartments."

In reality all so very close together with no outside space. Beautifully appointed inside, very comfortable with all necessary items for a pleasant stay. The buildings are very poorly built, we were on the ground floor and could hear every movement above, unfortunately for us we had 4 adults above us that behaved like a herd of elephants. The apartments are on an on-going building site and a least pretty area you would be hard to find. The place was very clean and we'll appointed inside thank goodness as there were no other attributes to recommend this apartment.

  • "A fabulous and well appointed two bedroom apartment set within a newly constructed development."

Very well thought out holiday accommodation and there was nothing we required apart from a coffee maker. Will definitely return again.

  • "Lovely comfortable apartment."

Ideally situated for travelling to the tourist spots we wanted to visit. Lovely walks directly from the doorstep. Dog friendly holiday is what we were looking for and this was achieved. The only disappointment was the family who were staying in the apartment above us were very noisy. Sounded like a herd of elephants. Not pleasure, especially while on holiday, being woken up at 6am every morning!!

  • "The photo of the outside of the property is quite deceiving as it looks like there is lots of space around when actually there are other properties very close to it."

There is also a lot of unfinished building work going on which doesn’t make for a pretty view. Having said that, the property itself inside was as shown, obviously fairly new, clean and comfortable.

Also well located for visiting the many places in Cornwall. The Ring Of Bells which is in walking distance serves very good meals which are reasonably priced. Would definitely return. Dog friendly a bonus.
