  • "Enjoyable stay, great apartment and location, with two excellent pub/restaurants within walking distance and a short run to Padstow."

Parking spaces are a little tight and there are no charging points if you have an electric vehicle (I have a hybrid, so was OK, but if you are fully electric, you'll have to charge elsewhere).

  • "Superb facility, lots of space."

Excellent base for travelling around Cornwall. Met the owner on day 1 as we had a slight issue with patio door which he resolved as promised the following day (Sunday). He was extremely helpful.

  • "Creaking double bed needs fixing as kept waking us both up every time I moved."

Also could do with more utensils e.g. spatula. Accommodation excellent otherwise.

Spotless accommodation and dog friendly too, which is great.

  • "The Appartment was wonderful and the guy that owns the property was very helpful and nice but the only comment I have is the Appartment welcomes dogs that is fine but we could smell that dogs had been on the sofa cushions etc maybe it would be a good idea to have only a couple of Appartments for guests with dogs as some people have allergies."

  • "We loved the accommodation."

It was clean, spacious, modern and in a very quiet location. The only very small downside was that we felt the kitchen could have been better equipped with a few smaller items that would have made cooking at home easier e.g. vegetable peeler and a couple of dishes that could have been used to bake things in the oven. But these were very minor things. We loved our stay there and would definitely recommend it. A great location for seeing this area of Cornwall.

  • "Great location only 10 minutes to estuary beaches."

Nice new property with a very smart high quality finish inside and out. A few things that would have made it a perfect week which I’m sure the owners will iron out in no time at all. All in all a nice week with good weather which certainly makes an English seaside holiday. We will be back.

  • "Great location, very clean and everything is brand new and excellent quality furnishings."

A couple of minor negatives (I realise these are comments are personal preference) I would prefer a king size bed in the main bedroom and the mattress was too soft. Also ideally the kitchen could do with some additional cutlery, utensils and crockery. But we had a great stay and loved the area, fabulous!
