This delightfully furnished bungalow is set on a working farm in a peaceful, rural location down a quiet farm lane, just outside the village of St Kew Highway.
Despite its tranquil setting, the property is situated just off the A39, allowing easy access to North Cornwall’s wonderful coastline and its amazing collection of beaches and famous fishing villages.
Located on Cornwall’s first solar panel farm, the property is set solely on the ground floor and with three well-furnished bedrooms providing a good choice of sleeping arrangements, plus a family bathroom with a heated towel rail, it makes an ideal choice for families and groups of friends.

The village of St Kew Highway, with its award-winning bakery, general stores and pub, is only a few minutes’ walk away, as is the St Kew Golf Club which can be found virtually opposite the lane leading to the property, serving meals and drinks.
Enjoy exploring the picturesque scenery that this beautiful region boasts, on foot, on the bike, or hop in the car and visit the popular town of Wadebridge, just a five-minute drive away, with its own selection of individual shops, pubs and restaurants that suit all tastes.
From here, the sandy beaches of Polzeath, Rock and Daymer Bay are easily accessible, while the intriguing villages of Boscastle and Tintagel can also be reached with a short drive.

Wadebridge 3.5 miles.
Located at the southern end of the Allen Valley is the village of St Kew Highway. It offers shops and a pub and on the edge of the village, a nine-hole golf course, with 18 different tees. Just less than a couple of miles away is the village of St Kew, with its church and pub, and there are a number of smaller villages and hamlets in the area, many of which also have a pub. Close by is the market town of Wadebridge, which offers many shops, pubs and restaurants, along with North Cornwall’s only cinema. This part of Cornwall boasts wonderful walking routes, as well as horse riding and cycling opportunities. The coast is nearby, where you will find sandy beaches, rocky coves and towering cliffs, along with the towns of Padstow and Newquay. St Kew Highway is a convenient base for enjoying a mix of north Cornwall’s countryside and coast.
