  • "The location of the site is a perfect base for exploring."

The chalet was excellent & had everything required. We cannot fault it. The only downside was that we weren't able to park outside of the chalet to unpack & repack the car. The description does say that there is offroad parking, but this is incorrect. The car park was not far away but being able to park outside the chalet on arrival & departure would have been more convenient.

  • "When we arrived the table and the chest of drawers were completely broken."

They fixed only the table during the one we were there. The utensils in the kitchen were very dirty we needed I clean everything before using it. For the rest was comfy enough for a week.

We employ a company to manage the chalets for us and provide clean linen for all our guests. The phone number is in the chalet and should deal with any problems promptly. Unfortunately they have let us down recently and we have had a long discussion with them to ensure there is no repeat, as a result a supervisor has now been employed for the chalets that they are responsible for on this site along with various other measures. The chalets have also been decorated Property Owner
