“From a review of this chalet by someone called 'Tracy' my partner was a little worried that the chalet wouldn't be very good.”

However, nearly everything that Tracy had written seemed to be wrong apart from the grill pan handle which was indeed no use, so we were more than pleased with our stay here. The chalet also was nice and near where we parked our car, so we didn't have to walk far with our things at the start and end of the holiday. However, nearly everything that Tracy had written seemed to be wrong apart from the grill pan handle which was indeed no use, so we were more than pleased with our stay here. The chalet also was nice and near where we parked our car, so we didn't have to walk far with our things at the start and end of the holiday. Although it didn't have a brilliant outlook, at least we looked out on grass and trees, and the site was well sheltered by a surrounding treeline and hedged walls, which would have been useful if the weather had turned bad. The chalet was clean, apart from the toilet brush holder, and fairly comfy overall (the chairs used to sit at the table were a bit uncomfortable, but when used with the cushions on the sofa, they were fine. Probably due to the lovely sunshine we had during our week, we found the chalet was always nice and warm, so no need for the heater. We found it a little on the small side at first, but soon adapted, and thought no more of it. The location of the chalet was within easy reach of Newquay and Padstow, and as we liked walking, we were pleased it was within very easy reach of the coast path and other nice walks.
