“Not very wheel chair friendly but then it didn’t claim to be.”

Bit of a walk from car park to accommodation with a wheelchair. Bathroom very small but shower amazing. So peaceful. Very very clean Good location for visiting other areas in Cornwall.

The property

This cosy wooden lodge is set on the immaculately-kept, 5 pennant, AA award-winning, Atlantic Bays Holiday Park, just outside St Merryn near Padstow.

Perfectly located for touring the North Cornish coast and enjoying all the superb beaches the region has to offer, this delightful lodge is ideal for a family or two couples.

You enter the lodge into the open plan living area with kitchen, sitting area and dining area.

There are two comfortable bedrooms, a double and a twin, alongside a shower room.

Outside the decked patio offers a most relaxing place to enjoy a quiet moment at any time of day.

Whilst you will appreciate the quiet relaxing location of the lodge, close by you will have use of the first-class amenities and facilities of Atlantic Bays with the conservatory bar, the children’s play zone and a large field also available for kites, football and family fun.

Surrounded by seven beautiful bays, you could easily spend a day on a different beach every day for a week and still leave many behind for another time.

St Merryn is the closest village to the park, where a selection of pubs, restaurants and takeaways including Rick Stein's excellent Cornish Arms, will give you plenty of options when it comes to eating out.

For that special occasion a meal in one of Padstow's top class Michelin-starred restaurants is thoroughly recommended.

With Padstow, the wonderful Camel Trail and most of Cornwall's top tourist attractions being so easily accessible, including the Eden Project, which is a half hours drive away, makes Little Trebah a comfortable base in a great location whatever the time of year.
