Property as described and well presented. Thank you for your feedback, we are glad that you enjoyed the property and the location. We hope to welcome you back soon- John Bray Team. Property Owner Reviewed by AndrewJul 2022 "Hi The cottage and little garden were lovely and nicely situated for Rock, Port Isaac and Polzeath." Unfortunately although we waited to access the property at 4.30pm, still due to ‘deeper cleaning’ covid measures, on arrival we found although the upstairs was clean and beds changed etc, the downstairs was not, bins outside still full of stinking (due to the heat) rubbish from the previous week and kitchen was not clean complete with a full dishwasher of dirty crockery. We’ve never encountered this before and we’re surprised. The local office did call on Saturday and I did report this, they were apologetic and pleasant and said they would feed it back to the housekeepers. The dishwasher etc and kitchen, internal bin etc were easily rectified with a quick clean by myself but sadly the outside bins directly outside the back door were a different matter. They are old style dustbins and although we double bagged the rubbish, flies gathered in the hot weather and we couldn’t leave the back door open at all. It’s a shame because the little back garden was lovely with beautiful flowers. If these things could be sorted it is a great little cottage, with nice decor and on street parking easily found all week. Thank you so much for your feedback, we are so sorry that the cleaning standards were not up to our usual high standards for you and that the outside bins had not been collected. We have contacted the waste disposal company regarding this. We hope we can welcome you back in the future - John Bray Cornish Holidays On Behalf Of The Owner.
