Grab yourself a beverage from the smart coffee maker and take a seat at the dining table as you tuck into a hearty breakfast, or head outside to the garden and delight in an early morning swim in the heated outdoor pool (available May to September) before setting about your day.

Also in the garden, outdoor furniture can be found gathered around an attractive fire pit where you can spend your evenings watching the sunset with a refreshing bottle of beer or a bite to eat from the barbecue.

Back inside, an impressive cinema room with plush corner sofa offers the perfect space to watch all your favourite movies and enjoy precious time with your loved ones.

Finishing off the ground floor is an inviting super-king-size room with both extra wide doors and a handy wet room, suited to guests travelling with limited mobility.

Up on the first floor, three additional bedrooms comprised of a large family bedroom with a super-king-size and two doubles, an exquisite emperor water bed room styled with chic dark grey hues and complete with an abundance of storage, sophisticated en-suite shower room, and a balcony boasting awe-inspiring views of the countryside.

The third and final bedroom is a charming twin decorated with nautical features, an ideal space to tuck-in the children as you send them off to sleep with their favourite bedtime stories.

Across the way, a tranquil family bathroom boasting a grand free-standing bath with separate walk-in shower, allowing you to choose how to best prepare for the day.

When you can bare to tear yourself away from this spectacular property, head for the centre of St Newlyn East for a drink with the locals down at the Pheasant Inn, or grab fresh groceries from the local shop.
