  • "Really enjoyed the property."

Ideal for our holiday and activities that we enjoy. Lovely open plan, airy living area and kitchen. Bedrooms were comfortable and bathrooms were modern and well equipped. The utility room is a fantastic space, enabling us to sort out body boarding and paddle boarding clothing and equipment, ready for the next day. Everything was very straight forward and we settled into our much needed holiday, instantly.

Thank you so much for your feedback. We are so glad that you enjoyed your stay and would love to welcome you back anytime in the future. - John Bray Cornish Holidays on behalf of the owner. Property Owner

  • "Felt that the property was let down by the 'throws' over the sitting room furniture."

They made us think of blankets you would put on a seat for the dog. Apart from that excellent property and situation.

Thank you for your comments. We will look into the couple of items that you have raised. John Bray Cornish Holidays Property Owner

  • "Bedrooms and bathrooms on ground floor all very acceptable and comfortable with modern showers."

Plenty of space in utility area. Kitchen on upper floor was functional and well equipped. Only gripe was that the shelves in the dishwasher were rusty and in need of replacing. Lounge area disappointing. Sofas were past their sell by date and uncomfortable. The throws over them did not help to improve the overall appearance. The balcony could do with a face lift and a good clean to remove cobwebs etc. Overall not quite up to standard compared with previous properties that we have stayed in.

  • "Really enjoyed our our day and have since rebooked."

Great location and the layout is perfect for our body-boarding holiday. Comfortable beds and good sized en-suite and main bathroom. Love the open plan living and the view. Only very slight niggle was that the sofa opposite the TV could do with having its cushions re-stuffed as they were flat and a little hard to sit on. But a minor niggle for a very enjoyable stay.

  • "Thank you for a wonderful holiday 113 Fieldview, Rock."

It was good to have a break after the lockdown. The key box was the best idea for a long time and I hope it will be kept in the future. No rushing to get to the office before closing time or having to return the key by a certain time with the mad scrabble for parking places outside the office. An idea to keep I would recommend that is carried on after we go back to normal. Well done! Hope to see you next year.
