Located on the footpath to Porthilly Beach Sandyhills are a collection of lovely individually built and owned chalet style houses.  Very easy walk to the shops lovely outlook over an area of outstanding natural beauty.

The property

Talland House is a modern, reverse level holiday cottage located within a small development a short distance for Rock, on the North Cornwall coast.

Reverse level living makes the most of the tremendous views over the surrounding countryside.

With parking for two cars, an enclosed pretty garden plus a large paved terrace with built-in barbecue, this is a lovely seaside retreat for a family or a small group of friends.

On entering from the ground floor make your way upstairs to find the very large, spacious airy open plan sitting room with dining area and the modern kitchen.

From the balcony you can enjoy a glass of local fizz and soak up the views or an early morning coffee watching the sunrise.

Going back down the stairs you will find the three bedrooms (one en-suite) and the bathroom.

The footpath just around the corner from Talland House leads you across some fields down to Porthilly Cove and Rock beach.

Rock is a vibrant little village with plenty to offer.

From its exquisite restaurants to the quaint little cafes and fashion shops for you to have a browse in.

On the water you will find activities like sailing, water skiing, sea life boat tours and many more.

You could also pop on the ferry to Padstow and enjoy a round of crazy golf or a hike to Stepper Point.

When you know Talland house is waiting for you to come back to you don’t mind doing any sort of activity.

Padstow 1.5 miles via ferry; Polzeath 2.8 miles; Wadebridge 6.2 miles.

Rock is a desirable and much sought after coastal village located on the north eastern bank of the River Camel opposite the famous harbour town of Padstow which is easily reached by a regular ferry service. The summer home of royalty and celebrities offering top class restaurants and quality shops, the real draw is the array of watersports including sailing, water skiing, windsurfing and angling. Continuing on a sporting theme, the golf course at nearby St Enodoc is considered to be one of the best in the country. With an abundance of world class beaches all within a short radius it is easy to see why Rock holds its popularity.
