Make your way inside the property to find a dwelling adorned in stylish décor, which is especially evident in the sitting room, courtesy of its sleek, velvet seating and flatscreen TV.

Move through the property to find a kitchen hosting an array of fantastic appliances, including a built-in electric oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave and a Breville fast boil hot water dispenser for convenience.

When a mouthwatering meal has been fixed up, tuck into it in the dining room, a space seating up to eight people and brimming with natural light, thanks to the floor to ceiling windows, making for a fantastic socialising spot.

For a taste of the outdoors, embark on a short drive to Bodmin Moor, a granite moorland boasting Cornwall's highest peaks, including Brown Willy and Rough Tor, as well as access to Bronze Age hut circles; after a day packed with walking throughout the moorland, retreat to the town of Bodmin to see the Bodmin Jail Attraction, before enjoying a well-earned pint at the Borough Arms.

For some coastal fun, travel north to the seaside town of Bude, where Summerleaze Beach, Bude Sea Pool, The Castle Bude and access to the South West Coastal Path await.

Enjoy more of the North coast with visits to Boscastle, Widemouth Bay or venture south for days out at Looe, St Austell and Fowey.

The town of Launceston, situated on the Devon and Cornwall border, has wonderful architecture, including some fine Georgian buildings in the central square, and is dominated by the ruins of a Norman castle sitting high above the town. Visit the Tamar Otter Park just 3 miles away or take a trip on the steam train from Launceston through the beautiful Kensey Valley on a 5-mile round trip. Launceston is within driving distance of the seaside resorts of Bude and Padstow to the north, and Plymouth to the south, as well as the stunning Bodmin Moor and Dartmoor. A superb base for exploring Cornwall and Devon.
