  • "Wonderful lodge with every item you could think of provided."

    Spotlessly clean and top quality.

  • "Beautiful lodge with everything you could possibly need."

Our personal preference would have been to have a softer mattress on bed as mattreses too firm for us. Also, would have preferred to have had blinds at windows for more privacy as location of other lodges on site meant that you could see directly into other lodges when curtains open and therefore on most days, even when weather was lovely we had to have curtains closed which was a shame as the views were lovely. Nice little touches like scones, jam, clotted cream & apple juice on arrival. Very clean. Quiet location. Friendly people.

Very quiet and in nice setting. Very close to lovely tavistock. Very clean lodge with everything you need and more. Great attention to detail. Only criticism to find was the settee was uncomfortable for us. Thankyou for letting your lodge. Will definitely be back and will recommend.

So glad to hear you enjoyed your stay in our lodge. Thank you for your comments too. We do actually have two sofas on back order as it happens as we too felt they ought to be updated - only sorry they haven't arrived yet. Would love to have you back. Many thanks Property Owner

We had a relaxing and comfortable stay despite the weather - the only thing missing was somewhere to walk our dog close to the site.

It’s on a small quiet park of lodges (about10) a short drive from Tavistock. Number 10 was exceptionally comfortable and included everything you would ever need for a great holiday. The owners were pleasant and helpful as well. We would definitely return. Thank you for a great stay.

  • "We have had a lovely holiday, the lodge is a lovely quiet place to stay with beautiful views, lovely touches like a cream tea left for us on arrival, the living area has lovely views and a lovely veranda to sit on, you do need a car to get to places but it is a great base for sight seeing, Tavestock is a lovely little market town and there are amazing places nearby to visit, if i am going to be really picky I would say it would be nice to have a gate to the veranda to keep children and dogs safe,I would highly recomend this for a as a place to stay."

Very quiet , little disappointed that the tv wasn’t a smart Tv . Otherwise we could have watched Netflix. Well equipped lodge , could do with blinds in lounge , for more privacy.

We thank you for your comments about our property and we do apologize for any inconvenience caused, we hope the minor issue's with the TV don't put you off booking with us again and please stay safe. Property Owner
