The property

The Old Winery offers a relaxing holiday in a stunning location to truly unwind.

One of the two Hybadore holiday cottages, The Old Winery is a spacious barn conversion complete with exposed stonework, beams and a woodburner adding to the character.

The setting could hardly be improved upon.

In the idyllic sleepy riverside village of Golant yet only 3 miles from the bustling beautiful yachting town of Fowey, this is a place to really get away from all the pressures and pace of everyday life.

You enter the cottage into the spacious stone floored hallway, kick off your boots and go through into the cosy living room which adjoins the kitchen.

There are 2 bedrooms here, a double and a twin which along with the bathroom are on the first floor.

With a choice of so many walks straight from the door, a gentle amble down the riverbank or a more strenuous bur most enjoyable walk along the Saints Way linking Fowey to Padstow there will always be lots to do and explore here.

Without a doubt the best way to see the river is to book a canoe or kayak trip from the village.

Whatever the age or experience you will be well catered for and enjoy a day to remember. For a more relaxing day, the large enclosed garden is perfect for al fresco dining whilst the surrounding private meadows offer perfect picnic spots .

A beautiful most comfortable cottage in a stunning location that can be enjoyed all year round.Note: This property can be a let alongside side ref 963322 and ref 961598 - in total these properties can sleep 22.
