The relaxing ambience continues upstairs to two comfortable bedrooms, including a double and twin, with neutral decor, wood furniture, scatter cushions and soft throws.

Enjoy a soak in the deep bathtub or an invigorating shower in the modern first floor bathroom.

Outside, there is off road parking for one car, tables and chairs at the front aspect for morning coffee and the rear garden is equipped with garden furniture, barbecue and chiminea.

Heaven for walkers, there could not be more choice with walks on Bodmin’s rugged moorlands and the scenic south west coast path.

A renowned surfing destination, there is a surf school offering tuition for all abilities and equipment hire and a life guard service during the main season.

The beach at Trebarwith Strand is a 15 minute drive and popular among families with rock pools to explore at low tide.

For a magical day out, head to Tintagel Castle, said in local legend to be the birthplace of King Arthur.
