  • "We had a fantastic stay."

The cottage is gorgeous. You feel relaxed as soon as you come through the door. Dog friendly with a garden and field for a dog to let off steam. The outside could do with some maintenance. Lots of leaves left over from the autumn made the path very slippery, so watch your step. It is so dark, a torch is a must for returning at night. We would love to return again if there is ever any availability during a school holiday. The two teachers were gutted that they had to leave after two nights!!

Thank you for you kind comments, we are so pleased you enjoyed your stay and hope to welcome you back very soon. John Bray Cornish Holidays on behalf of the owners Property Owner

  • "Nice cottage, a few supplies in the kitchen would have been lovely."

Hot water ran out. Field was a bonus.

Thank you for your comments, and so glad you enjoyed the three acre field! For next time, the hot water is very easy to top up on the rare times needed - just need to press the switch. Property Owner

  • "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Aaron's cottage."

The property felt like home-away-from-home. It was pretty, spacious, warm and comfortable. Plenty of amenities to keep us occupied on days we didn't venture out. We will definitely book the facility again. The only drawback was the remote location of the cottage which made it difficult for to visit places as we didn't have our own car. The Go Cornwall buses did not run on Sunday and bank holidays, but the local people went out of their way to help us. Some of them even dropped us to our destinations when they saw us walking along the road. Very kind people, and they were the best part of the visit. If there is a possibility to hire cycles that will be very helpful for people who do not have their own cars. Taxis are available for booking at least 1 day in advance. Overall, I will recommend Aaron's property to anyone looking for a calm and safe holiday in Cornwall with family and friends.

So glad you enjoyed it and we look forward to welcoming you back. A car definitely helps - it’s just over two miles from the coast as the crow flies (but we’re not crows!). Just ask for info on local car hire or bike hire firms. Property Owner
