  • "Lovely property, very comfortable and had everything."

Great garden for us and our dog Jack Russell... although I did have to block a gap in the back fence with a rock as she got out ! that's Terriers for you! Incredibly quiet area. Wi Fi would be useful. Nearby beaches fantastic. Farmers Arms pub .. lovely food and very accommodating and friendly...2 vegans ..one also gluten intolerant. Would stay again.

  • "Great location, really close to the beaches and Padstow."

The facilities were great, the only thing that would be really useful would be WiFi, especially with the current climate as you need to pre book days out and meals. My phone signal wasn’t strong enough to do this. But we had a fantastic holiday!!

Also having the nisa shop on site makes shopping more convenient.

  • "We were a little disappointed with the onsite pub but other than that the house was amazing."

Very spacious and clean, the beds were comfy. The rear garden needs a little work, we felt. Location was good. All in all a great holiday.

  • "The cottage was extremely comfortable, well appointed and very clean."

The tea and biscuits waiting for us on arrival were very well received. We would not have any hesitation in staying there again.

  • "The cooker in the property was not useable due to condition and lack of cleanliness."

This forced us to eat out every night when we was hoping to cook within the accommodation. Also the front door step inside the house was a hazard and we all tripped up this when entering for the first time.

  • "The oven and hob were both in need of replacing , although they did work ."

The door step into the cottage is a big problem ! a big change is needed . A trip hazard. Beds were comfortable. Shower was very good.

  • "Overall the description gave by Sykes Holiday matched the holiday bungalow we stayed in."

Prior to our arrival we received a very detailed email with attachments regarding where to collect the keys and general details about the bungalow. Upon arrival the cleanliness was of a good standard overall and we were left with complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits upon our arrival. I certainly would recommend staying here as it was a good location near Padstow to stay in, to allow us as a family to explore the delights of beautiful Cornwall.

  • "Lovely bungalow very well equiped (pity about the cooker) was worried about tripping into the door well as the mat was only half the depth of the well - dont know what could be done as the door wouldnt open with a full depth mat."

apart from that it was wonderful a good location, good shop on site, cant say anything about the restaurant as we didnt use it. Had a wonderful time and weather couldnt be better, looking forward to the next one. Thank you very much

  • "Took my parents who are both 88 and we all enjoyed ourselves."

Could have done with some blankets as they both felt the cold at night but otherwise a very comfortable property on a very quite holiday park. Welcome pack was appreciated.
