  • "Excellent property, comfortable and ideal for our Cornish base."

One little niggle we had was the lack of information regarding recycling/garbage day and which container to use for what items. Some basic instruction for the washing machine and oven would’ve been helpful too. The siting of the hot water tank was unfortunate as it would get very loud during the night above the main bedroom as it came to the boil several times waking me up, not sure what can be done about that though apart from maybe turn its thermostat down a few degrees. Other than those minor details our stay was a very pleasant one. Andy & Barbara.

  • "Lovely property, everything you need and well laid out."

Would be good to have some guidance on recycling waste as wasn't sure what to do with only the big blue bin outside. Towels WERE provided which was a surprise as in the details I am sure it says they aren't. Lovely beaches nearby but realistically to drive to rather than walk, as with the village. All things considered a very enjoyable stay and good value.

  • "The cottage was lovely, well maintained and clean."

The only thing was that we arrived late when it was dark and struggled to find it once we were on the site!! Maybe having the numbers on the gate would have helped.

  • "Larimar is a little gem in a great general location for the Padstow area."

The interior was pristine and very comfortable - our ancient Whippet loved lying in the sunny porch in the mornings. It wasn't warm enough to sit outside but it was great to have the garden and parking. Despite being situated in a holiday park we found it to be very quiet.

  • "The cottage was lovely and was exactly as advertised."

We were very happy with all of the facilities. One teeny tiny comment would be for the addition of a clothes horse so laundry can be hung up easily indoors in poor weather. Apart from that 10/10.

  • "The cottage was lovely and had everything we needed for our stay."

A good location for some lovely beaches and for Padstow. You have to drive everywhere as the roads have no pavements or verges which was a shame. There is a little bar onsite and a small shop which was useful. You need to take your own tea, coffee and sugar as theses aren't provided in the cottage ( which wasn't an issue ) . The owners answered any queries promptly and were helpful and friendly. We had a lovely stay.

  • "This is a very well kept cottage, immaculately clean, we went as a couple with our puppy who enjoyed the stay with us."

The garden isn’t secure however this was fine as we kept her on the lead. There is a well stocked shop close by with local maps of places to visit. You do have to drive to many places to visit and other villages as the roads do not have paths to walk on, and unfortunately public transport does not stop near the park. This didn’t stop us having a great time with trips further Padstow, Crantock and Newquay.
