The gardens are open to the public during the day but as soon as they close in the evening you will get the opportunity to wander alone and experience the wildlife and tranquility of this special haven.

You enter into the open plan living room with a kitchen, dining and sitting areas together with a log burner for those cooler evenings and the winter months.

A double bedroom and a bathroom complete the accommodation with comfortable futon bed and cot available upon request.

With splendid gardens all around you there will always be a quiet spot for a picnic or simply to read a book and enjoy a glass of something cool.

For a quality homemade lunch or snack make sure you try the garden kitchen.

Within a mile walk from the gardens you will have a choice of pubs and restaurants to suit all tastes before returning to this uniquely located log cabin promising a holiday to remember whatever time of year.

St. Austell 1.5 miles; Eden Project 2 miles; Truro 16 miles.

A delightful and much sought-after coastal village of stone cottages and Regency houses, on the south coast near St. Austell. Famous for its collection of tall ships riding at anchor in the harbour, the shipwreck museum, excellent pubs and restaurants and easy access to the coastal path, it’s the perfect holiday destination. It has even been used as a filming location, most well known for appearing in Poldark. The area is rich in golf courses with Carlyon Bay and Porthpean close by. The picturesque fishing village of Mevagissey is 20 minutes' drive away by car, while the Lost Gardens of Heligan, several stately homes and gardens and the fabulous Eden Project are all within 5 miles, with Newquay and North Cornwall coast only a 35 minute drive away by car.
