This well presented family holiday home is situated in a residential area on the outskirts of the pretty Cornish village of Menheniot, only eight miles from the South Cornwall coast including the infamous coastal village of Looe.
With fabulous countryside views, plenty of TVs, activities for children and a safe enclosed garden, this is ideal for families.
The kitchen/diner spills into the conservatory with doors to the patio garden, providing a bright sunny set of rooms for eating together, relaxing with a cup of tea and watching the children play.
After dark the sitting room has a TV, gas fire and plenty of floor space suitable for children's games.
Upstairs are two large double rooms, one with TV and en suite bathroom, two smaller rooms ideal for children and a family bathroom.
The interesting village of Menheniot is just a 10 minute walk away, and has the feel of a village that modern life has passed by, though it is in fact on the main Cornish train line, the station being just outside of the village.
Nearby is an adventure centre with zip wire, go carting and coasteering.
This area is ideally placed for touring the south of Cornwall with its numerous beaches including Looe, Portwinkle, Seaton Sands and there is the pretty harbour, narrow streets and cafes at Polperro.
This is a convenient house and location for families, just a short car journey from the beaches on the South coast.
