The property

Ideally located in central Cornwall with access to both coasts and sitting on the southern edge of Bodmin Moor, this cosy bungalow is situated at Rosecraddoc Lodge in a quiet wooded valley in gentle rolling countryside, 1.5 miles from the historic old market town of Liskeard.

Parking outside the bungalow set in front of a winding stream, the relaxing feel that is felt throughout is sensed immediately.

You enter into the open plan living room with the kitchen, dining area and sitting area providing a sociable space where all the family can be together.

There are two bedrooms here a double and a twin, as well as a bathroom with a bath to enjoy a soak after a day out.

When staying here the choice is yours as to whether you want a gentle relaxing holiday or to enjoy the exhilarating activities available close by.

The Siblyback Lake and Country Park where windsurfing, kayaking, fishing and sailing can all be enjoyed and tried for the first time with full instruction, will satisfy all the family wanting to try something new.

For a gentle relaxing day to be enjoyed by all, the beautiful train journey on the Looe branch line is thoroughly recommended.

Linking Liskeard with the picturesque fishing port of Looe this delightful journey passes through heavily wooded valleys teaming with wildlife before finally opening up to glorious estuary views as the river meets the sea.

A most enjoyable day can then be spent in Looe or on the beach before returning on one of the great scenic railways.
